Hi, I’m Dr. Dolly Ferraiuolo — a sexologist, clinical social worker, and international sex therapist for people who are done with surface-level solutions.

I specialize in working with high-achieving, neurodivergent, queer, and kinky individuals/couples/multi-partner relationships navigating complex trauma, identity, and relationships. With a doctorate in sexology, board certification in sex therapy, and years of forensic experience, I offer therapy that is clinically rigorous, radically affirming, and deeply personal.

Whether we’re working together in a discreet Telehealth session or through a custom therapeutic intensive in the United States or abroad, my goal is always the same: to create a space where you can drop the performance, reclaim your truth, and do the kind of healing that sticks.

I also work with attorneys as a forensic evaluator and expert witness in complex legal cases. Through my agency, Ferra Forensics, I help reframe clinical narratives to bring humanity into the courtroom — and accountability into the system.
